Who we are
Epo Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 with a mission to create eco-friendly solutions for plastics used in synthetic leather and coated textiles. Epo is Taiwan’s largest one-stop shop for synthetic leather, coated fabrics, tarpaulins, and treadmill/conveyor belts made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and recycled polyvinyl butyral (RPVB).

We are the only factory in Taiwan with 3 calender lamination machines with a capacity up to 50 million yards per year.

Our TPU foam is lighter and more flexible than solid TPU films on the market, with up to 70% of its structure transformed into foam.
Compared to solid TPU film of the same thickness, EPO’s TPU foam synthetic leather is softer.
TPU Foam presents high 3D textures while PU leather with release paper can only present shallow textures.
Similar to genuine leather, it can be treated with a matte, glossy, or dual-color effect. It does not feel plastic.
